June Swim Session Lessons on Monday & Wednesday

Week #1: June 5th & 7th

Week #2: June 12th & 14th

Week #3: June 19th & 21st

Day sessions:   12:00-12:30  (novice) and 12:45:-1:15 (beginner)

Evening sessions: 5-5:30 (novice) and 5:45-6:15 (beginner)

Six 30 minute swim lessons.


July Swim Session Lessons on Monday & Wednesday

Week #1:  July 3rd & 5th

Week #2:  July 17th & 19th

Week #3:  July 24th & 26th

Day sessions only 12:00-12:30 (novice) & 12:45:-1:15 (beginner)

Six 30 minute swim lessons.


Level I/Beginner – for the beginner who is comfortable in the water

  • Swimmers learn the basics of swimming: bobbing, going under water, supported front and back floating, supported rolling over from front to back and back to front, supported gliding , supported flutter kick, supported front crawl arms and jumping in.

Level II/Novice

  • Swimmers should already be able to float on front and back and put their head under water.
  • Swimmers will work on: independent front and back floating, independent rolling over from front to back and back to front, independent front and back glides, front crawl arms and kicks, back crawl arms and kicks, retrieving underwater objects, and jumping into water over their head.

 

*Lessons will initially only be available to club members. If space is available, lessons will become available to non-members. If you are a non-member who is interested in swim lessons, please contact us before purchasing and we will put you on a waiting list.
